ABHAX — Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ABHAX’s website, hosting services, domain registration, VPS solutions, and Google Workspace reselling (“Services”). By purchasing or using any ABHAX service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

ABHAX is a global hosting provider registered in UK, Pakistan with operations serving clients worldwide.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • ABHAX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be providing false information.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use ABHAX services for:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
  • Hosting malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Phishing, fraud, or any illegal activities
  • Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated content
  • Hosting illegal pornographic material
  • Cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval
  • DDoS attacks or network disruption
  • Storing or distributing illegal content under UK or Pakistani law
  • Any activity that violates the rights of third parties

ABHAX reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found in violation of this policy without prior notice or refund.

4. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed in advance on the selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).
  • Prices are displayed in GBP and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
  • ABHAX reserves the right to change pricing with 07 days notice.
  • Annual plan pricing is locked for the duration of the billing period.
  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

5. Refund Policy

  • ABHAX offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting plans for new customers only.
  • Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once processed.
  • VPS services are non-refundable once the server has been provisioned.
  • Google Workspace orders are non-refundable once activated.
  • Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via support ticket within 30 days of purchase.

6. Service Availability & Uptime

  • ABHAX guarantees 99.9% network uptime for all shared hosting plans.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
  • ABHAX is not liable for downtime caused by:
    • Any globally or infrastructure outage can cause downtime.
    • DDoS attacks beyond our mitigation capacity
    • Natural disasters or force majeure events
    • Client-side errors or misconfigurations

7. Data & Backups

  • ABHAX performs daily automated backups as a courtesy service for there own.
  • Backups are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as your sole backup solution.
  • Clients are strongly advised to maintain their own independent backups.
  • ABHAX is not liable for any data loss under any circumstances.
  • Data recovery requests may be subject to additional charges.

8. Domain Registration

  • Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry and ICANN.
  • Domain renewal is the sole responsibility of the client.
  • ABHAX will send renewal reminders but is not responsible for expired domains.
  • Expired domains cannot be guaranteed for recovery after the redemption period.
  • If domain expired and after expiry the grace-period will be charged.
  • ABHAX reserves the right to release expired domains back to the registry.

9. VPS Services

  • VPS resources are dedicated to the client upon provisioning.
  • Clients are solely responsible for the management and security of their VPS.
  • ABHAX provides infrastructure only, OS-level support is not included on unmanaged plans.
  • Illegal use of VPS services will result in immediate termination without refund.
  • VPS services may be suspended if excessive resource usage affects other clients.

10. Google Workspace Reselling

  • ABHAX resells Google Workspace under Google’s reseller program terms.
  • Pricing and availability are subject to change based on Google’s policies.
  • ABHAX is not responsible for any changes made by Google to their services.
  • Clients must comply with Google’s Terms of Service at all times.

11. Suspension & Termination

ABHAX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if:

  • Payment is overdue by more than 7 days
  • The account is found in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • The account poses a security risk to our infrastructure or other clients

Upon termination, all data associated with the account may be permanently deleted.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • ABHAX’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the last 30 days.
  • ABHAX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • ABHAX is not responsible for loss of business, revenue, or data under any circumstances.
  • Use of ABHAX services is entirely at your own risk.

13. Privacy Policy

  • ABHAX collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
  • Payment information is processed securely and never stored on our servers.

14. Changes to Terms

  • ABHAX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
  • Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered clients.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
