ABHAX — Refund & Return Policy
1. Overview
At ABHAX, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality hosting services. We understand that sometimes a service may not meet your expectations, and we have created this policy to ensure a fair and transparent refund process.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.
2. Shared Hosting — 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
- New customers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase.
- The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases only — renewals are not eligible.
- Refund requests must be submitted via support ticket at talkme@abhax.com within 30 days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15-20 business days.
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund.
3. VPS Services — Non-Refundable
- All VPS orders are non-refundable once the server has been provisioned.
- If provisioning fails due to an error on our side, a full refund will be issued.
- Clients are encouraged to review VPS specifications carefully before purchasing.
4. Domain Registration — Non-Refundable
- Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are strictly non-refundable once processed.
- This is due to the immediate costs incurred with the domain registry upon registration.
- If a domain registration fails and the charge is applied, a full refund will be issued.
- Duplicate domain orders will be refunded upon verification.
5. Google Workspace — Non-Refundable
- Google Workspace orders are non-refundable once the account has been activated.
- This policy is in line with Google’s reseller program terms.
- If activation fails due to an error on our side, a full refund will be issued.
6. Annual Plans
- Annual plan payments are eligible for a pro-rata refund within the first 30 days.
- After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
- Example: If you purchase an annual plan and request a refund on day 45, no refund will be issued.
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Violation of ABHAX Acceptable Use Policy
- Account suspended due to fraudulent activity
- Service downtime caused by third-party providers
- Client-side errors or misconfigurations
- Change of mind after 30 days
- Renewals of any service
- Setup fees where applicable
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
- We strongly encourage clients to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback.
- Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
- ABHAX reserves the right to pursue recovery of chargeback fees and outstanding balances.
- Clients who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.
9. Service Credits
In cases where a full refund is not applicable, ABHAX may offer account credits as an alternative:
- Credits can be used toward any future ABHAX service.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Credits expire after 12 months from the date of issue.
10. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your ABHAX client portal at clientarea.abhax.com
Step 2: Open a support ticket under the Billing & Payments department
Step 3: Include the following information:
- Full name
- Account email address
- Order number
- Reason for refund request
Step 4: Our billing team will review your request within 24-48 hours
Step 5: If approved, refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
